Not receiving reset password email

If you have access to your email address but are not receiving an email from Teachable and/or password reset email, please try the following steps:


  1. Look in additional email folders for emails from Teachable or Lolly's Home Kitchen, including folders like spam/junk, promotions, updates, and the 'all mail' folder. Example of Reset Password email:
  2. Use your email search function to search for the title of the email “Reset Password Instructions” for a password reset email, or “Login attempt on a new device”. Example of how that email will show up in your email inbox coming from Teachable, no-reply@teachable.com
  3. Safelist Lolly's Home Kitchen and Teachable's email addresses/domain: Teachable's guide on how to safelist an email
  4. After completing the above steps, re-send the email.

Reminder: Your password needs to be a minimum of 6 characters long. Once you update your password, you'll get confirmation on the password reset page.
