How do I update my billing information?

To update the billing information on your account:

  1. Use this link to login with Stripe: https://billing.stripe.com/login/5kAdTygJO5ox5aw4gg
  2. Make sure that you use the same email address associated with your purchase. 
  3. Stripe will send you an email to the email address associated with your purchase to log in. 
  4. Once logged in to Stripe portal you can view your payment method.
  5. To update billing and shipping information click "Update Information".
  6. A new screen will pop up to add in the new information, make sure to click "Save" at the bottom to save any changes.



To update this information through Teachable:

  1. Log in here: https://lollyshomekitchen.teachable.com/courses
  2. Click "Update Your Billing with Lolly's" located in the top-right corner in the pink header.
  3. This will redirect you to Stripe to login and update your billing information with the steps above.



Note: Changing or updating your email address within Teachable will not reflect in Stripe. If you are needing your email address in Stripe updated, please contact Lolly's Customer Service Team at service@lollyshomekitchen.com for further assistance.
