Why can't I find or access my purchase?

If you have purchased from Lolly's in the past, your newest purchase was added into your existing Teachable Dashboard! Access your existing Teachable Dashboard at any time by following these steps:

1. Use this link https://lollyshomekitchen.teachable.com/courses
2. Select Login (in green), not Login with Teachable (make sure to use your existing credentials)

3. Use Chrome or Safari4. Clear your cache and cookies on your browser

Once you get logged in you will select "My Products" in the top right hand corner. This will take you to your dashboard where all your content is housed.

Note: All purchases using the same email address will automatically synchronize and appear within the corresponding Teachable Dashboard. This means that any classes or courses purchased through that email will seamlessly integrate into your existing Teachable account, ensuring convenient access to all your Lolly's Cookie Classes!

If this is your first Class or Cookie Camp with Lolly's -

If you have never used Teachable before, you will receive a separate email from Teachable with a green button that says "Confirm Email." Example of the Teachable Confirmation email:

2. Be sure to click on the button to confirm your email. Once you have confirmed your email and registered, that button will not work again. You will need to use this link to access the Cookie Camp or Class - Lolly's Dashboard in Teachable - and we suggest bookmarking that link to get back to it easily.

Note: By purchasing Lolly's Cookie Camp or a Lolly's Class, a Teachable account is automatically created for you.

Be sure to add cookies@lollyshomekitchen.com and orders@lollyshomekitchen.com to your 'safe' email list, so you don't miss any future, cookie-related emails.

If you can't find the email from Teachable, it might be in your spam or junk folder.
